Some parts impressed, others didn’t

I adored the cute balconies and excellent pool. Staff was available 24/7 and went out of their way to accommodate, ensuring a pleasant experience.

While my room was lovely, the surrounding street noise was a distraction and Wi-Fi connectivity left something to be desired.

Terrible traffic noise from the busy road outside, making it hard to relax. Water interruptions occurred several times, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent for days. The furnishings felt outdated, with a noticeable moisture smell in the room and limited kitchen equipment. Breakfast options were simple and not quite filling.

My stay at Uolis Nah was excellent due to the helpful staff, who were available 24/7 and provided invaluable assistance with local transportation and tour recommendations. The room was clean, unique, and well-soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable bed and shaded balcony with bean bag chairs overlooking the pool were highlights, alongside the hot shower and refreshing mini bar options. Breakfast, though light, was satisfying enough, especially enjoying the chilaquiles.

During my stay, the shower pressure was disappointingly low, making it difficult to enjoy a satisfying wash. On top of that, I struggled to get a proper warm water flow. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite inconsistent, causing annoyance when trying to plan excursions online.

the outdoor pool area was super chill, perfect for unwinding. loved the delicious fruit and traditional meals at breakfast. the staff were friendly and super helpful when it came to arranging bike rentals and tours.

Just a smart choice for a cursory stop in Tulum with best value. The mini bar items were cheap and varied during my stay. Bring a swimsuit because the pool area is super chill.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a charming balcony overlooking the pool made for a relaxing escape. The light breakfast included fresh baked apples, and the friendly atmosphere was enhanced by a playful cat on the grounds. However, the location, while convenient, required some walking to reach the beach, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times. It was a bit noisy in the mornings as well, which interrupted the otherwise peaceful vibe.

The staff were super helpful with tips for getting around town and touring. The room was unique and quiet with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was light but enough to fuel my morning! 🌞

Nothing to fault.

The comfy bed and powerful shower made my stay great, but the noisy rooster kept me awake at times. Would consider going back!

The room had amazing air conditioning and an adorable balcony that was nice to hang out on. The shower was hot, and they provide body soap and other toiletries. There’s a fridge for snacks. A clean spot with lots of plants. Loved the little complimentary breakfast and the cozy vibe of the place!
